1.     Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement channel strategies to expand and optimize sales channels (e-commerce, distributors, system integrators), enhancing market penetration and customer acquisition.

- Evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor actions.

2.     Channel Expansion & Maintenance

- Expand new channels by negotiating with potential partners, targeting untapped markets like automotive aftermarket (MRO) and general industrial products markets.

- Establish retail/wholesale channels and connect with hardware and electrical markets.

- Cultivate professional key clients and channels in niche sectors like power, cement, and chemicals, and launch customized products by using agents and contractors.

- Build and maintain stable relationships with channel partners to ensure high - standard customer service.

- For general products, explore e-commerce channels (JD Industrial, Alibaba Industrial), establish brand flagships, and collaborate on promotions. Develop retail/wholesale channels, set up key dealers in critical regions, and use OEM/ODM models to create a cost-effective, durable brand.

- For niche professional markets, enhance competitiveness in direct-supply models for large clients, leveraging industry agents and contractors, and launching customized products.

3.     Sales Target & Performance

- Set and achieve sales targets, track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Develop distribution policies, pricing strategies, and incentive plans to boost partners' enthusiasm.

4.     Performance Optimization & Capability Enhancement

- Evaluate and optimize channel performance, and enhance partners' capabilities through training.

- Collect and analyze sales data to support management decisions and optimize resource allocation.

5.     Cross - departmental Collaboration & Team Leadership

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align channel strategies with business goals.

- Lead the channel team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career guidance, to improve effectiveness.

- Work with brand, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive channel development.

6.     Market Analysis & Project Management

- Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations.

- Plan, implement, and monitor channel projects to ensure objectives are met.

7.     Budget & Cost Control

- Plan and manage the channel budget, optimize resource allocation, and maximize cost - effectiveness.

8.     Risk & Opportunity Assessment

- Evaluate risks and opportunities in channel business and develop response strategies.

9.     Other Tasks

- Complete tasks assigned by superior leaders as required.

- Monitor market and competitor trends, and propose improvement suggestions.

- Promote new marketing models like online streaming and short - video marketing.
