Responsibilities
● Provide application support to customers and support of new projects for existing customers to increase consumable sales.
- Organize, plan academical activities, presenting technical slides in distributor internal trainings, hospitals and regional academical salons.
- Support pre-sales process
- Participate customer meetings as technical expert together with distributors or alone
- Support evaluation of the needs of potential purchasers from an application perspective. Develop plans for customer evaluation projects.
● Monitor and support regional distributor activities, forecast and sales target
● Achieve substantial and sustained sales consumable targets in line with goals
● Look for new opportunities within the existing customer base
● Proactively visit and communicate with customers, understand their needs and match company products to those needs – identify new assays and applications
● Knows the accounts relationship with key competitors, other institutions, other companies, and has the ability to influence usage of assigned products across the target customer outsourcing strategy
● Communicate market trends, industry news, product information and ideas to marketing
Required skills and experiences
● Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Biological Engineering, Biochemistry, or similar
● Experience with CSSD and medical instrument cleaning, disinfection and sterilization is preferred
● Ability to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders (ex. User Buyer, Technical Buyer, Economic buyer.), and work cooperatively with regional distributors in a team selling model
● Great presenting skills will be a plus
