Main Job Purpose
The Channel Development Manager – PUSH is responsible for developing and managing route-to-market (RTM) channels, including SMMT and FSWS, within the assigned area. This role also oversees distributor management, ensuring strong partnerships and effective execution in the field. The position focuses on delivering tailored solutions that address distributor and customer needs, leveraging the strength of our brand portfolio.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
- Relationship Building and Account Management - To conduct regular customer engagements to strengthen relationship with accounts. Implement contact and menu matrix across all accounts handled
- To execute AVA (Availability, Visibility, Activation) principles in handled account
- To work with DSRs, Distributor owners and DT personnel in ensuring they adhere to UL Standards.
- Delivering Results through People – to work with field merchandising team to ensure efficient store operations
- Strategic Thinking & Planning - To plan and execute growth initiatives - in both retail and food service aspects of the business - via cross functional engagements and stakeholder management
- Business Acumen - To hit growth productivity KPIs to ensure overall efficiency
- Collaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others)
- Ensure activities are implemented on time and in full
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Account management experience, managing complex and fragmented geographies whilst establishing disciplined Go To Market KPIS. Minimum of 2 years experience of Account Management
- Sales Leader - Able to directly handle Distributors with Fully operational skills on DT Operations, DT Salesmen management, DT Profitability, AR, Business waste and Customer Service Excellence
- Strong Negotiation skills, Relationship Building and strategic thinking, Collaborator
- People Leader- can train, coach and mentor to unlock sales team capabilities
