Location: Santiago (100% remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 

Responsibilities - You will do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to achieve mutual sales objectives.

  • Provide support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products/services.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Identify new channel opportunities and develop strategies to expand our channel partner network.

  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of channel partner activities with overall company objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential channel partners.


Requirements - You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or about to complete College) in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Language: English language proficiency (Advanced+) 

  • A PLUS: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
