Location: Buenos Aires (100% remote)
 

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team. 

The new joiner will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue and increase market share. 

The ideal candidate will have an account management profile, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 

Responsibilities - You will do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to achieve mutual sales objectives.

  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products/services.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Identify new channel opportunities and develop strategies to expand our channel partner network.

  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of channel partner activities with overall company objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential channel partners.


Requirements - You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or about to complete studies) in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Language: English language proficiency (Advanced+) 

  • A PLUS: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
