Drive growth and market share as a Channel Account Manager by executing strategy through a network of existing and new partners. You will build strong relationships across a broad geographic region, increasing awareness of our products, educating partners on how to maximize our solutions, and earning their preference in competitive situations. By aligning closely with partner priorities and streamlining how they do business with us, you will boost profitability and accelerate adoption. This travel-intensive role is a great opportunity for a veteran account manager who excels at building relationships in person.

What You Will Do 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with channel partners, aligning regional sales and marketing teams to deliver results.
  • Identify and optimize channel strategies to ensure the right partners are promoting and distributing Panduit products and solutions.
  • Drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth by expanding partner portfolios and increasing adoption of new products.
  • Maintain strong internal alignment by ensuring commercial team satisfaction through regular partner performance reviews.
  • Own quarterly forecasting, minimizing variance and providing clear, ongoing visibility into business performance.
  • Accelerate growth and profitability by driving bookings, leading monthly check-ins, and conducting impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Enhance partner satisfaction and performance using measurable scorecards and continuous improvement actions.
  • Generate and qualify leads for large project opportunities while building and maintaining deep account intelligence.
  • Lead joint planning and forecasting with partners, ensuring strategies are executed and performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify gaps in partner capabilities, implement targeted improvements, and strengthen partner understanding of Panduit strategy and solutions.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 2-4 years of outside account management or channel experience managing partners. Background in electrical or datacom industries required.
  • Relationship Management: Customer facing experience with strong relationship management skills. Skilled at building relationships and executing account plans across multiple locations.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently while leverage coaching to strengthen channel impact. Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of channel KPIs, basic financial metrics, organizational strategy, how to align partners, and how to clearly articulate value of partner programs. Experience with pricing strategies and negotiations.
  • Travel: Ability to travel nationwide up to 70% of the time.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
