Job Description • Change Delivery Support: Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, training coordination and adoption tracking. • PMO Coordination: Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards and documentation across key initiatives. Ensure accuracy, version control and timely updates. • Communications & Materials Development: Draft communications, leadership updates, slide decks, FAQs, training materials and engagement content aligned to change plans. • Governance & Reporting: Produce monthly/quarterly reporting packs, update governance artefacts and coordinate inputs for steering committees and project reviews. • Framework & Toolkit Maintenance: Support the ongoing refinement, organisation and adoption of the change and PMO toolkits; ensure templates are current and consistently used. • Stakeholder Coordination: Organise meetings, workshops and working sessions; prepare agendas, pre-reads and minutes; track follow-ups and decision logs. • Change Metrics & Insights: Collect and analyse data related to adoption, training attendance, engagement and readiness; highlight trends and risks. • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in process, documentation or tooling and propose enhancements to improve quality and efficiency. • Knowledge Management: Maintain structured repositories for change, PMO and project materials to enable reusability and standardisation. • Support to the Lead: Provide day-to-day execution support to the Change & PMO Lead on COE priorities, including special projects and cross-functional coordination.
