About The Role
PVH Corp is undertaking a large-scale transformational program in ANZ, designed to deliver significant change across processes, technology, operating models, and ways of working. The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of these changes by leading business change activities across impacted functions.
This role is responsible for driving measurable change outcomes by developing and executing structured change management strategies that enable PVH leaders and associates to transition effectively and realise the intended business benefits of the transformation.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, this is a full-time, 14-month fixed term contract, working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-develop and deliver an integrated change management strategy aligned to the overall transformation roadmap and PVH’s business objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify impacts across people, processes, systems, and culture.
- Define change success measures and track adoption, engagement, and readiness.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, program sponsors and functional leaders to build strong change sponsorship and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting them in leading change within their teams.
- Design and deliver clear, compelling, and consistent change communications aligned to PVH’s brand and culture.
- Collaborate with internal communications teams to develop multi-channel communication plans.
- Facilitate engagement activities such as town halls, workshops, roadshows, and feedback sessions.
- Co-develop training enablement strategies to build capability and confidence in new ways of working.
- Partner with learning teams to ensure training solutions are aligned to change objectives and business readiness.
- Assess organisational readiness and implement actions to address gaps.
- Lead and coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams within the transformation program.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
- Minimum 4 years’ proven experience leading business change within large, complex transformation programs (e.g. ERP, digital, operating model, supply chain, or enterprise-wide initiatives).
- Strong background in structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
- Experience working in global, matrixed organisations; apparel, retail, consumer goods, or fashion industry experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical change actions.
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Change management certification desirable.
