Organisational Change Manager – Brisbane or Sydney

We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager to join DXC. This role will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end change strategies across complex, technology-enabled transformations, working closely with senior client stakeholders to drive sustainable business outcomes and adoption. 

Based in Brisbane or Sydney, you will play a critical role across delivery, pre-sales, and capability uplift, working with a high-performing team supporting clients across the ANZ region. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and support client engagements to define and articulate compelling cases for change aligned to strategic outcomes 
  • Co-design and facilitate workshops (including ideation and problem definition) to help clients solve complex business challenges 
  • Assess and diagnose organisational readiness, digital maturity, and change impacts using structured frameworks and data-driven insights 
  • Design and deliver integrated change strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption approaches 
  • Translate technology-enabled transformation (e.g. ERP, digital, AI-enabled solutions) into meaningful people, process, and behaviour change 
  • Design and deliver modern learning solutions, including instructor-led training, digital learning, and scalable adoption approaches leveraging new tools and technologies 
  • Partner with clients to build internal change capability, coaching leaders and teams to sustain change and realise benefits 
  • Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, bringing practical, outcome-focused change solutions 
  • Support the growth of the practice through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and building capability in emerging areas such as AI-enabled change and learning 

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering organisational change in complex transformation environments (e.g. ERP, digital, or business transformation programs)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver end-to-end OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training  
  • Experience in training design and delivery, including facilitation, curriculum design, and modern learning approaches  
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies (including AI), and their impact on organisations and ways of working  
  • Experience applying human-centred design and/or agile ways of working in change initiatives  
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complexity into clear, actionable outcomes  
  • Strong consulting mindset – structured, outcome-focused, and adaptable, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience working within a consulting environment is highly regarded, with exposure to client-facing delivery and/or pre-sales activities a strong advantage
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and capability uplift
