You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects
- Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization
- Set change strategies and create plans
- Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement
- Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization
- Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

More about this role
This role reports directly into the o9 MEU Change Lead.
The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation.
What you need to know about this position:
This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with your functional S4/o9 team.
The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional uncertainty, making a real impact with high visibility within MEU.

High learning agility and motivation to further deepen functional understanding, Ways of Working (WoW), and behaviors to drive change.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to analyze data to assess change, and the ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
Ability to handle ambiguity, pivot quickly, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Education / Certifications:
Relevant functional qualification and/or experience.
Change Management Accreditation is a significant advantage.
Job specific requirements:
Strong Functional Knowledge with a minimum of 5+ years in a function/s, with deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas (Demand Planning and/or Integrated Business planning (IBP))
Proven track record in working cross functionally across the business
Or 5+ Years Change Management Experience
Strong network across the business.
Travel requirements:
Infrequent / ~10%
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
