The new Enterprise Change Management team plays a critical role in helping our people and customers adapt, adopt, and excel as we evolve.
We’re looking for a Change Management Principal, reporting to the VP Change Management, to help shape how we lead and sustain change across the enterprise. This is a senior-level strategist and advisor role that partners with executives to embed change enablement into project planning, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
As the architect of our Enterprise Change Center of Excellence, you’ll set the standards for how Texas Mutual approaches change—building frameworks, metrics, and a growing community of sponsors, practitioners, and champions. In this role, you will:
Be a senior advisor to executives and transformation leaders, ensuring adoption strategies are built into every enterprise initiative.
Partner with the VP of Change Management to design the Enterprise Change CoE.
Establish frameworks, plans, models, and metrics that create enterprise consistency and excellence.
Integrate change enablement into portfolio and project planning, leadership programs, and enterprise training.
Develop adoption dashboards and scorecards that measure impact and benefit realization.
Build and mentor a network of sponsors, practitioners, and change champions.
Shape a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education, training, or experience.
7+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or learning & development, with enterprise impact or equivalent education, training, or experience.
Experience building or scaling a Change CoE or equivalent capability.
Experience with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) with the ability to flex approaches across complex portfolios.
Experience advising executives and influencing enterprise-level decisions through facilitation and storytelling.
Experience with designing and delivering training and enablement materials from job aids and role-based curricula to workshops and learning-in-the-flow experiences.
Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, and collaboration skills; able to align diverse stakeholders around a common vision for change.
Recognized change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP); executive education in leadership or strategy a plus.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced education in Organizational Change, Psychology, Business, or related field.

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $146,389.55 - $180,834.15 Per YearFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
