COHO Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/ Maintenance Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO). This position will provide support in logistics, planning and execution between Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) and MRO.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provides support in integration discussions, planning and execution between LCI, Legacy programs, and MRO.
- Support integration work with Air Force Logistics data, interfaces, interoperability, general technical acumen to understand LCI materiel solutions, and ability to confirm requirements and development of methods of integration/interoperability.
- Support of integration challenges with Oracle 12.2.* with various Air Force legacy systems and new enterprise systems.
- Analyzes and recommends requirements to meet mission needs.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop understanding of logistics business processes and work business process re-engineering.
- Supports logistics transformation activities planning and execution.
- Develops various artifacts for customer delivery.
- Applies technical knowledge to support various teams in any activities as required.
Requirements:
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Air Force Depot Maintenance systems
- Understanding Air Force Depot Maintenance organizations, roles, and work
- Junior to mid-level integration experience
- Experience of deployment and support of Air Force IT production systems
- Experience with Air Force Information Technology system implementations
- Ability to communicate technical issues to various teams, organizations, and stakeholders
- Should have experience in as many of the following as possible:
- data
- interfaces
- interoperability
- general technical acumen to understand LCI materiel solutions
