- Guide sequencing and decision pathways so change is progressed with clarity and focus.
- Strengthen stakeholder alignment to support smoother adoption and more effective change outcomes.
- Drive change into delivery by closing gaps and enabling successful implementation.
- Bring solid experience in change management, program delivery, or coordinating concurrent change across multiple workstreams, ideally in a regulated or complex environment.
- Work confidently across Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments, with a strong focus on embedding change rather than project management.
- Use tools such as Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint to track change, communicate progress, and support clear decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to create alignment, influence outcomes, and support successful change.
- Experience in life insurance, claims, fund administration, or digital transformation will help you make an impact more quickly in this role.
