Change Communications Manager
Multiple office locations: Manchester, Staines, Brighton, London
Permanent, Full Time - 35 hours per week
Salary: £46,000 - £50,000

The role
Bupa Global are on an exciting transformation journey and we have ambitious plans to deliver our 2028 strategy. We have a clear transformation roadmap and are looking for an experience Change Communications Manager to keep colleagues informed and engaged.
At Bupa we embrace hybrid working and for this particular role we’re looking for someone who can be in the office (either our Brighton or London office) once a week.
You’ll help us make health happen by
- Accountable for the development and delivery of all change communications for assigned programmes and projects.
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and collaborate with the project managers on the management of stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and manage change communications risks and issues.
- Manage the implementation of change communications to reduce resistance, minimise the impact of change on individuals and the business and improve the delivery of benefits.
- Develop effective communication, using appropriate channels and message senders, to get messages across to the right audience within the right sequence and timeframes.
- Ensure communication plans meets stakeholder needs, minimises impact, and maximises the effective adoption of the change.
- Collaborate with project managers and other work stream leads to achieve the change communications objectives.
- Bring change communications expertise and raise awareness of the benefits of managing change effectively.
Key Skills needed for this role
- Change management knowledge and expertise showing your understanding of change management and project management principles.
- Significant experience in managing change communications for multiple, complex projects in a large organisation.
- Experience of collaborating with delivery teams.
- Strong advisory and facilitation skills.
- Drive, confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Customer-centric mindset and approach.
- Act strategically but can respond tactically to meet changing requirements and switch confidently and knowledgeably between priorities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work across different functions and with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Creative ability to design and deliver internal communications content in a simple and engaging way.
- Meticulous planner.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
