- Build and maintain relationships with cruise line culinary, procurement, and operations leadership; Drive menu penetration and new item introductions; Identify and close distribution opportunities; Partner with distributors to ensure execution; Represent client brands in market; Deliver against KPIs (distribution, velocity, revenue); Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Bids & Business Development Management
- Oversee the bid process to ensure all opportunities are identified and submitted competitively
- Partner with the CORE Bid Team to ensure accuracy and execution
- Analyze awarded and lost business to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct post-award reviews and share insights with stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to understand decision drivers on lost bids
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, analysis, and strategy
- Work closely with CORE client partners to align on strategy, priorities, and execution; Act as a direct extension of client sales teams within the cruise channel.
- Ensure product availability and execution through distributor partnerships; Support pricing programs, contract alignment, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with cruise line foodservice operations preferred; Strong understanding of procurement, culinary operations, and onboard constraints; Proven sales growth track record.
- Strong knowledge of the cruise line industry, including market trends, key players, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Passion for the Travel & Leisure industry and a desire to stay updated on industry developments.
