Core Objectives & Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and leadership team

• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Drive capital allocation and investment decisions

• Ensure the company maintains strong financial discipline while investing for scale

• Build processes and infrastructure that enable the company to scale efficiently.

Strategic Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on company strategy

• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments

• Support strategic planning and annual operating plans

• Provide financial insight that informs key business decisions

• Help leadership understand the financial impact of strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience: Core Qualifications

• Experience leading finance for a high growth technology company or technology enabled services business

• Proven success scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth

• Strong background in financial planning, accounting, and operational finance

• Experience working with Boards of Directors and institutional investors

• Demonstrated success leading fundraising, financing, or other strategic transactions

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Skills & Experiences: Pluses

Comp & Benefits

$300,000 - $400,000 per year + equity & discretionary bonus

The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training.
