Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- CFO Sandoz Romania and Administrator Sandoz Romania
- Manage the execution of regional / global strategies and develop strategic long-term financial and business plans.
- Manage the budgeting process and prepare long term financial forecasts in relation to developing future strategies for the Business Units and prepare various high level management reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Manage business performance against set objectives and take corrective measures, as required.
- Leads the FRA activities (financial reporting and accounting) and BPA activities (business planning analysis) for Sandoz Romania
- Engage proactively in external and commercial activities with the objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for the business.
- Lead the implementation of risk management processes, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits) and manage the correct and timely implementation of financial, purchasing and control processes and policies and ensure adherence thereof.
- Manage market studies and financial analyses and set stretch objectives based on external / competitor benchmark.
- Manage and develop teams of experienced Finance professionals and builds global talent pipeline.
- Have oversight of car fleet, IT, purchasing and facilities management processes
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent), specializing in Finance/Accounting/Auditing and appropriate financial qualification ACCA, CPA (or equivalent)
- Remarkable ability to establish strong business partnership and optimally communicate with and provide recommendations to senior management, ability to proactively collaborate across all levels of the organization is a must.
- High Integrity, Financial Compliance and Control mindset
- Leadership skills and people management experience, including ability to influence behaviors and help them thrive to achieve high quality results
- Results driven, being able to perform in a challenging environment
- Dynamic, agile and with growth mindset
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to successfully handle conflicts
- Good business reports writing skills and proficient in English (written and spoken)
