Develop and implement financial strategies that support the group’s vision and growth objectives.
Lead long-term financial planning and scenario modeling to ensure financial sustainability.
Advise on investment decisions, capital structure, and optimal resource allocation.
Design and maintain complex financial models for business evaluation, new ventures, and ongoing operations across all group companies.
Collaborate with department and company heads to prepare business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage the group’s overall cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
Oversee treasury functions, including working capital optimization, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.
Provide centralized financial leadership and advisory to all companies under the holding structure.
Ensure effective communication and coordination of financial operations between entities.
Align group-wide financial reporting, KPIs, and internal controls.
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks.
Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Develop internal control systems and audit processes to safeguard assets.
Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, offering insights on performance, market opportunities, and strategic direction.
Evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives such as M&A, restructuring, and market expansion.
Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Analyze financial results and key metrics to inform decision-making and performance improvement.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams across the group.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Proven track record as CFO or Finance Director, preferably in a holding/group structure or multi-entity organization.
Experience with financial modeling, cash flow management, business advisory, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial forecasting, and risk assessment.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High level of integrity and commitment to transparency and ethical standards.
