  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Develop internal control systems and audit processes to safeguard assets.

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, offering insights on performance, market opportunities, and strategic direction.

  • Evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives such as M&A, restructuring, and market expansion.

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

  • Analyze financial results and key metrics to inform decision-making and performance improvement.

  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams across the group.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.

  • Proven track record as CFO or Finance Director, preferably in a holding/group structure or multi-entity organization.

  • Experience with financial modeling, cash flow management, business advisory, and strategic planning.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial forecasting, and risk assessment.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • High level of integrity and commitment to transparency and ethical standards.



Skills Required
