The Legal Department of Bosch Corporation serves as part of the headquarters' legal function of Bosch Group, a leading global automotive component supplier. It plays a role in leading legal activities such as supporting matters related to Japanese regulations and negotiating contracts with Japanese automotive manufacturers.

Members in the Legal Department can enhance their expertise as legal professionals by engaging in contract negotiations with major business partners in the automotive and IT industries, both domestically and internationally, as well as conducting detailed research and analysis on Japanese regulations.

There are opportunities to collaborate with legal teams located in various countries around the world and support the activities of overseas business divisions, allowing for the accumulation of international business experience. Additionally, there is potential to contribute to the overall success of the Bosch Group through these activities.

求人内容

各事業部への法的サポートを提供する役割を担い、具体的には以下の業務に従事します。

1. 契約締結のサポート（内容検討、交渉など）売買契約、秘密保持契約、開発契約、業務委託契約、ライセンス契約など。日系自動車メーカーとの契約交渉をリードします。

2. 事業部のビジネスに対する法的アドバイス提供 ビジネスモデルの作成支援など、法務的観点からの戦略サポートを実施します。

3. コンプライアンス施策の推進（独占禁止法、技術法令の遵守など）

4. 企業再編（M&A）のサポート

5. 紛争解決、危機管理のサポート

6. ボッシュジャパン及び国内関係会社のガバナンスのサポート

Provide legal support to each business division and specifically engage in the following tasks:

1. Support contract negotiations (including reviewing and negotiating terms) for various types of contracts such as sales and purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, development agreements, outsourcing agreements, and licensing agreements. Lead negotiations with Japanese automotive manufacturers.

2. Provide legal advice and support for the business divisions, including assistance in creating business models and strategic support from a legal perspective.

3. Promote compliance measures, including adherence to antitrust laws and technical regulations.

4. Support corporate restructuring (M&A) activities.

5. Provide support for dispute resolution and crisis management.

6. Provide support for corporate governance in Bosch Japan and domestic group companies

資格

必須の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド:

• 企業法務の実務経験 2年以上
• （日本語ネイティブではない方の場合）読み書き及び会話におけるネイティブレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力

あれば歓迎の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド:

• 国内または海外の弁護士資格
• 自動車関連ビジネス、ソフトウェアビジネス、IoTビジネスをサポートした経験
• 上場会社の法務部門での勤務経験
• 英語での契約交渉の経験、海外での就労経験

人物面の希望:

• 年齢、性別、国籍、考え方など、多様性のある環境に対応できること。
• コミュニケーション能力、自己統制力、説得力など、高い対人関係スキルを持つこと。
• 既存の考え方に囚われず、新しい事にも主体性を持って取り組むことができること。　

転職回数:

• ボッシュグループにおいて、長期間のキャリア形成を目指す人材を希望しています。理由によりますが、3回程度を上限とします。

Required Experience, Skills, and Background:

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in corporate legal affairs
• Native-level Japanese communication skills in reading, writing, and conversation (for non-native Japanese speakers)

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Background:

• Domestic or international lawyer qualification
• Experience supporting automotive, software, or IoT businesses
• Work experience in the legal department of a publicly listed company
• Experience in contract negotiations in English and working abroad
