Job Summary
The Assisted Tools Team within the Customer & Employee UI Experiences Domain is seeking an Engineer Software/Dev candidate. The Assisted Tools Team supports multiple front-line customer support applications. This role will focus on the technician support channel, focusing on the T360 (Tech360) and NWT (National Watch Tower) applications, which support both our in-home fulfillment technicians, Network Technicians, and XOC agents in the field.

What You'll Do:
- Writing and maintaining efficient code for software components, adhering to best practices in development
- Supporting the design and development of new software applications aligned with business objectives
- Implementing testing frameworks for software validation, including unit and integration tests, to ensure quality
- Documenting the software development process, including design and deployment procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Analyzing software integration needs and planning system architecture to meet technical specifications
- Reviewing current practices and technical literature to inform project solutions and applying engineering methodologies
- Working with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical requirements and fit specifications
- Troubleshooting software issues, providing resolutions to enhance application performance and user satisfaction
- Understanding of AI tools and SDD (Spec Driven Development) for faster development and implementation - example, Github Copilot, OpenSpec.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience with React.js and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or similar)
- Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern UI development
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API) and responsive design
- Working knowledge of databases, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support high-impact operational applications
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally
Nice to have: exposure to field service, workforce management, or real-time monitoring applications
