Essential Responsibilities

  • Verification of Customer & AA requirements on parts being shipped, through analysis of POs, drawings, production routers, applicable specifications, Customer/Engineering/Authorities concessions/service bulletins

  • Visual and dimensional reverification on the parts to be certified, in collaboration with Overinspection Area

  • First point of contact with Materials, Logistic and Shipment Departments for prioritization of shipping lists

  • Direct point of contact for Quality Engineers and Customer Quality engineers for implementation of Specific Customer

  • Requirements during goods certification for shipment

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or technical-scientific High School Diploma

  • Strong and proven experience in Quality/Inspection and Certification, ideally within the aerospace industry, although relevant experience from other sectors will be considered

  • Knowledge about the Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies related to product/ parts to be delivered

  • Ability to read engineering drawings, POs and specifications and capacity to synthesize requirements

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Availability to cover indiscriminately central, 1st and 2nd shifts, as well as giving overtime coverage when necessary

  • Italian fluent and good English knowledge

  • Work visa in accordance with local regulation

  • Knowledge of the applicable parts of the aeronautical regulations, in particular PART 21 Subpart G, in order to be able to carry out correctly the EASA F1 release

  • DPRV qualification (SAE AS13001)

  • SAP and APICE tools knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with Business Functions, Customer and Regulatory bodies

  • Availability to undertake business travel, as required

Contract Level: CCNL metalmeccanico – C3

Salary range for this role: 30,525.00 - 40,700.00 EUR Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
