As a Project Manager (PM) you will be the project lead on CERIS Operations IT and AI focused projects. This role will work under the CERIS Operations department and build cross functional relationships with the IT/Engineering, Account Management, and Operations teams.
This is a hybrid position that will require onsite attendance Tuesdays and Thursdays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead IT and AI Focused operations projects to ensure that we have clearly defined requirements, and solid development, implementation testing and deployment plans
- Own and deliver successful outcomes that align with the expectations defined in our project requirement documents
- Be a cultural ambassador, fostering teamwork, collaboration and overall cross functional alignment across all teams
- Ability to quickly understand, document and track business technology requirements
- Support the review of IT intake forms while asking clarifying questions to ensure projects are accurately submitted and tracked
- Manage letter template repository, including tracking and reviewing update requests to ensure all business requirements are considered and met prior to final submission
- Project lead with focus on optimization of newly implemented operations focused technology for increased efficiency
- Additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Ability to ensure that complex business requirements are translated into comprehensible technical requirements and that outcomes match customer expectations
- A seasoned expert in developing documentation for project requirements, project plans, project status reporting and action plans
- A calm, professional team member who can handle high pressure and complicated planning with shifting and evolving priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communications skills with the ability to navigate multiple departments in a matrix environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience is preferred
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing projects
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $65,436 – $98,982
