What does this role do?
As Centre Administrator, you will:
- process invoices, manage weekly banking, record donations, and support budgeting and forecasting with accurate financial data,
- coordinate the staff rota, handle annual leave requests, and maintain training records and health and safety assessments,
- order and manage stocks of supplies and uniforms, ensuring purchases follow protocol and support the centre’s retail stock management,
- liaise with contractors, oversee maintenance records, and support the permit process and work sign-off when management is unavailable,
- maintain customer-facing materials and online updates, log and follow up IT issues, support audits, and occasionally assist with reception or dog welfare duties.

As a skilled administrator, with experience in customer facing roles, you will have experience of dealing with financial information and contributing to a budgeting process. You'll also be a good communicator with an understanding of how data can be used to support decisions, combined with a passion for animals and the work we do at Dogs Trust.

Skills Required
- Experience as an administrator
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience handling financial information and contributing to budgeting/forecasting
- Experience coordinating staff rotas, managing leave and maintaining training and H&S records
- Experience ordering and managing stock, supplies and retail stock processes
- Experience liaising with contractors and maintaining maintenance records
- Good communication skills and ability to use data to support decisions
- Basic IT troubleshooting/logging and maintaining online/customer-facing materials
- Ability to support audits, permit processes and occasional reception or dog welfare duties
- Passion for animals and commitment to the charity's mission
