How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

  • Contact and qualify potential customers through calls, texts, and emails.

  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to drive the sales process forward.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that meet sales targets.

  • Partner with local Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience as qualified leads move into the sales pipeline.

  • Use our CRM, marketing automation, and sales outreach tools to manage leads and sales activities.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and results, and adapt to test new approaches for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Proficiency in CRM and/or sales outreach software

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, account executives, and the sales and marketing team

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional, quiet environment

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and experience in a Sales Development Representative role preferred
