KMG Prestige is seeking a Centralized Community Manager in Lansing or Mount Pleasant, MI who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will provide support to onsite staff, project managers and regional project managers. In addition to maintaining accurate records of community transactions, an ideal applicant will have strong organization ,marketing and communication skills. This is a hybrid position.
What we are looking for:
- At least one year property management experience with KMG Prestige
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- RD or HUD experience required
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Familiarity of Fair Housing, ADA and Section 8 & tax credit experience
- Experience in accounting functions and principles
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Office 365
- Real Estate license required
