Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) for all the three sites.
Control and Reduce Quality issues.
Address quality issues to the satisfaction of Internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate customers specification and validate the same prior to development and production of required material.
Produce and Maintain the validity records for Shade cards
Standardize SOPs and quality processes across plants.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
Monitor compliance with ISO, FSC, BRC, and customer requirements.
Review and approve Quality Agreements with customers and suppliers.
Ensure proper NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signing for confidentiality.
Handle major customer complaints and ensure root cause analysis.
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Track and report quality KPIs (complaints, rejection rates, audit scores).
Manage supplier quality and conduct vendor audits.
Provide training to site quality teams on standards and best practices.
Ensure all sites maintain required certifications.
Handle SMETA (Sedex) audit compliance and ensure ethical trade standards
Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with team and management to monitor progress and resolve issues.
