YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL

Reporting to the Client Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead, your role will be instrumental in creating the conditions of success for impactful client behaviors and market analysis as well as empowering other business teams in analyzing their own insights autonomously.
You will join a dynamic team at a critical development stage, in which new analytics tools are deployed creating opportunities to bring value, infuse knowledge and support strategic decisions.
The mission is structured as follow:
Support analytics data stewardship (quality monitoring, enrichments, corrections) – 30%
Contribute to analytics data quality monitoring and governance (recurrent meetings, alerting, issue coordination)
Create and automate solutions for data fixes when possible
Support specific analytics project requiring client data (methodology, compliance, outputs) and coordinate with other data owners
Collaborate with regional teams to align Client KPI language & sharing principles
Ensure operational efficiency to develop the team impact, in collaboration with the Client Intelligence Specialist – 40%
Develop and automate quicker data access for the team through BigQuery and PowerBI to ensure faster trend spotting and monitoring
Provide studies & insights, supporting run & ad hoc analysis efforts
Develop new formats for insights sharing
Accompany other business teams in owning their client analytics resources and insights – 30%
Build & curate ad hoc resources (eg. PowerBI) for other business teams to support their recurrent analysis
Work with internal BI partners to handle more in-depth BI requests & manage deadline
Create documentation and engaging contents for teams to feel confident in client data analysis
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
3-5 years of working experience in a data BI, consulting or analytical position (business Analyst, Reporting project manager)
IT data engineer background with a strong taste for business-oriented positions
Proficient in SQL and/or Python, good knowledge of excel, BigQuery is a plus
Proven records in PowerBI report building
Proactive and continuous improvement mindset to support team structuration
Strong methodological approach and problem-solving spirit to gain partner’s confidence
Good sense of questioning and sense of business to identify the underlying business value linked to client intelligence requests
Team spirit and tenacity with a smile
Good working proficiency in English and French
