BRAND IDENTITY PROJECT MANAGER
CDD 8 months
The main mission of the Brand Identity Project Manager is to ensure a consistent and effective application of Cartier’s Brand Identity across various touchpoints. This includes retail environments, packaging, employer brand, and internal initiatives.
RETAIL BRAND IDENTITY & PACKAGING
- Coordinate the In-Store Brand Identity working group, ensuring good harmonization and collaboration among all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the development and implementation of key retail identity projects, including the creation of Hospitality Guidelines and in-boutique storytelling tools (such as iconography, editorial content, and new retail supports).
- Lead the development of packaging projects, Editions components, Retail tools, and Stationery.
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Develop and maintain attractive employer branding identity assets.
- Act as the primary Brand Identity contact for HR projects, coordinating governance and ensuring brand consistency via the existing HR / Corporate Content / Brand Identity committee.
INTERNAL SUPPORT & COORDINATION
- Provide expert support to internal teams on Brand Identity projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines for all internal initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize various internal brand identity requests, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
Profile:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in brand identity, creative production and coordination, or project management, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- A good understanding and passion for brand identity principles.
- A keen aesthetic sense and an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality visual and experiential brand representation.
- Project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish.
- Fluid and clear communication skills, enabling engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and anticipating needs to advance projects and achieve objectives.
Skills Required
