Purpose: To be focal point of contact providing administrative and operational supports to Customer Development Operations (“CD Ops”), Distributive Trades (“DT”) and Finance Function to contribute to the fast-growing Unilever’s business in Laos.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate and do announcement to DT including cut-off timeline and control & governance related matters.
- Collect and verify DT’s Tax Invoice and Debit Note Claim to ensure proper documentation, filing management and issue resolution.
- File management on hard copy of original invoices with supporting documents/calculations and send to document storage management agency.
- Summarize the verified claims and scan them to Finance for further processing.
- Support on budget proposals including promotional data verification and reconciliation to CD Operations and Finance
- Support other administrative tasks within Customer Operations and Finance Function
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or students in final year of studies
- Committed to the task given and timeline
- Good in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Comfortable with number and data learning and management
- Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication in both Laos and English language
