About Security and Loss Prevention and the Role
As the CCTV Control Room Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and operations worldwide, with a specific emphasis on Travel Risk Management. We're looking for an individual with a "can-do" attitude, who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on. You will lead a team of security professionals, overseeing and coordinating security efforts to mitigate risks and respond effectively to incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) and its staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for effective security operations.
- Manage travel risk management initiatives to ensure the safety and security of personnel during travel.
- Gather and analyse intelligence to proactively identify potential security threats.
- Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems for timely response to security incidents.
- Conduct regular training sessions for GSOC staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and operational activities.
- Implement crisis management procedures and lead response efforts during emergencies.
- Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies to continuously improve GSOC operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervisory roles within a security operations environment.
- Previous experience in a control room environment.
- Holds an in-date CCTV SIA License.
- Is interested in continued learning, specifically around Intelligence Operations.
