We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design, guide, and oversee end-to-end technical solutions across multiple projects. The role demands a strong blend of technical depth, solution design expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing software architectures.
The Solution Architect will work closely with delivery, development, and business teams to define architecture blueprints, evaluate technology options, and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001), and enterprise standards. Candidates with a strong foundation in Full Stack Development, Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS), and Integration Projects are preferred.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with business, delivery, and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical architectures.
  
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for each solution.
  
• Design integration strategies and data flows across multiple systems, APIs, and external services.
  
• Develop high-level and low-level architecture blueprints, covering application, data, and infrastructure layers.
  
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical risk assessments, and performance optimization studies.
  
• Guide development teams through design patterns, coding standards, and best practices for implementation.
  
• Work with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines, deployment architecture, and monitoring frameworks.
  
• Support the pre-sales and proposal phase by providing solution design, technical feasibility assessments, and effort estimation.
  
• Collaborate with PMO and Delivery Heads for technical governance, documentation, and sign-offs.
  
• Provide technical leadership during project onboarding, ensuring smooth transition from design to delivery.
  
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new tools, technologies, or approaches before full-scale adoption.
  
• Maintain and update the organization’s solution repository and architecture standards.
  

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 6 years in architecture or solution design roles.
  
• Expertise in architecture design, technology evaluation, and system integration.
  
• Strong understanding of Full Stack Development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET Core, Python, or Java).
  
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cloud-native architectures, and deployment strategies.
  
• Experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration with third-party platforms.
  
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, data connector frameworks is a plus.
  
• Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks. Experience with architecture governance, documentation, and design reviews.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to mentor development teams, review design decisions, and ensure architectural consistency.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Cloud Architecture Certifications – AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  
• PMP, TOGAF, or Agile Certification.
  
• Exposure to AI/ML-based architecture, automation frameworks, or data-driven analytics platforms.
  
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API gateways, or service mesh technologies.
  
• Prior experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing domain solutions is an advantage.
