All about the role:

CCF & Functional Development Engineer – for Dish Care supports Dishwasher products software development according to Functionality, International and Nation standards regarding market requirements. He or she also does evaluate/analysis test results.

• Functionality/Energy label software development according to the requirement from market.
• Actively participates in the development of new projects.
• Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement.
• Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge.
• Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills.
• Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge.
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities.
• Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures.
• Contributes actively in team activities, sharing experience and ideas.
• Builds productive relationships within and outside of own team.
• Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.
• Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency.
• Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities.
• Support Consumer Magazines activities.
• Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability and competence.

Who You Are:

• University degree in major Electronics/Electrical, Computer, Chemical engineering or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge.
• 3-5 years’ experience in software development for household appliances.
• Experience in Visual C# programming.
• Experience in Git/Bit bucket.
• Experience in Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Team, OneNote).
• Experience in ISO/IEC 17025, IEC 60436.
• Analytical and problem solving skilled.
• Strong English communication ability (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
