Join the Product Experience and Design (PXT) Investments team within JPMorgan Chase's Consumer and Community Banking division, where you'll manage and prioritize billions in annual technology investments. This role is pivotal in optimizing resource allocation across diverse product portfolios, including Auto Lending and Credit Card services. Collaborate with PXT leadership and Finance to promote long-term efficiency programs and influence major financial decisions, making a significant impact within a leading global financial institution.
As the PXT Investments Vice President within the Consumer and Community Banking PXT Investments team, you will engage in a wide range of core team disciplines, including value articulation through business cases and scorecards, prioritization, workforce planning, post-implementation reviews, and the delivery and tracking of efficiency programs. This role provides visibility into all Consumer and Community Banking Product Portfolios and involves close collaboration with Finance and Product organizations.
Job responsibilities:
- Direct a team of 5-10 professionals, ensuring effective execution across core disciplines and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Analyze technology investment return profiles to generate insights on quality and estimated value generation, supporting informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities by leveraging advanced tooling (e.g., Alteryx, ThoughtSpot) or enhancing processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee the tracking of key performance metrics and deliver regular performance reporting aligned with expense program objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field from top tier institute
- 5+ years' experience in Finance function
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues
- Possess a transformative mindset with strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
