- Assists the management team with policy and procedure review, enforcement, and implementation of HR policies.
- Cultivates and maintains positive working relationships with physicians, patients, internal customers, physician's offices, other departments, and the community.
- Monitors documentation for compliance with regulatory rules and guidelines and other organizational policies.
- Participates in performance improvement projects and suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Assists with staff development, including new employee orientation, staff training, in-services, and developing competencies.
- Communicates with supervisor on departmental issues, including staff meeting agendas, staff competencies, progress, and physician requests and complaints.
- Assists supervisor with scheduling, patient placement, and pre/post procedures by communicating with physicians and staff.
- Demonstrates proper radiation protection measures.
- Works with team members to continually assess patient status by demonstrating knowledge of electrocardiographic, hemodynamic and hematological data, and communicating changes to the physician.
- Makes daily patient care assignments considering specialized expertise, orientation or training needs, and technology needs per procedure, and supervises patient care.
- Utilizes effective interpersonal skills to provide professional care delivery to patients of various ages and cultures.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
$32.79 - $60.99Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
