- Manage assigned categories and supplier relationships.
- Lead sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, and payment terms.
- Identify new suppliers and product opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Develop category strategies to improve profitability.
- Identify cost-saving and growth opportunities.
- Support new product sourcing initiatives.
- Provide quotes, sourcing solutions, and category expertise.
- Partner with Sales to support customer opportunities.
- Deliver timely and accurate pricing support.
- Utilize analytics, AI tools, Salesforce, and business systems to support decision-making.
- Develop reporting and insights that improve performance.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Partner with Inventory, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Support inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in supplier visits, customer meetings, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Finance, or related field.
- 3–7 years of sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier management experience.
- Experience using AI-powered business tools.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience negotiating supplier contracts, pricing, rebates, and payment terms.
- Industry experience in distribution, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial supply preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
