Join our team as a Category Planner! In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate across functions to develop and maintain accurate forecast models that align customer, consumer, and supplier demands with company resources. This role will contribute to assortment planning that supports our global omnichannel product strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and aligned with our future vision.
This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.
Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Product Teams and Category leaders to develop comprehensive category plans.
- Create top-down category strategies for new and existing items that support growth and innovation.
- Manage a product portfolio to achieve revenue and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Partner with Product team to enhance long-range product and category plans, helping drive the evolution of a global, omnichannel assortment.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning to develop and manage long-term capacity and finished goods plans.
- Drive assortment strategy alignment during seasonal milestones by providing insights and recommendations for key categories and attributes.
- Review inventory management and excess liquidation strategies with Sales and Supply Planning teams.

Education & Experience
- Must be authorize to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or related field or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years of supply chain management or inventory management experience
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (SAP, Power BI, SAS, etc.)
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Extensive experience and proficiency in BI & Excel tools and functionality
- Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs
