This Position reports to:
SCM Manager
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Developing and implementing category strategies for Active/Passive electrical components in alignment with company business objectives.
- Leading supplier selection, performance management, and negotiations to secure competitive and compliant agreements.
- Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Working together with cross functional team to guarantee supplier on-time delivery and quality performance to the target.
- Ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration across project teams to contribute to company business development.
- Monitoring market trends and innovations in responsible categories and maintaining supplier landscape dynamically.
Qualifications for the role:
- You are highly skilled in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management
- You have 5+ years of experience in Sourcing function.
- You bring experience or familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, Ariba, SAP, and supplier analytics tools
- You are passionate about sourcing, sustainability, and improving supplier performance through innovation and analytics.
- Degree in Electrification and Automation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- You are available for occasional business trips.
