The Role:
DailyPay Procurement organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS) sourcing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our organization's SaaS portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness, innovation, and alignment with business objectives. This individual will be responsible for strategic vendor management, contract negotiations, and overall lifecycle management of SaaS solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for SaaS solutions, considering business requirements, cost optimization, and vendor performance
- Identify and evaluate potential SaaS vendors, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Lead contract negotiations with SaaS vendors, ensuring favorable terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with legal and infosec teams to mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies while staying informed about changes in the regulatory landscape
- Analyze and optimize SaaS licensing models, ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of SaaS solutions, from selection and onboarding to renewal or termination
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Strong project management, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management, with a focus on SaaS
- Excellent communication and time management skills; able to communicate issues and solutions to diverse audiences including senior leadership
- Provide problem-solving and innovative ideas to support internal customers
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors to more effectively position DailyPay to receive the best value proposals for the corporation
- Must have basic G-Suite skills
Nice to Haves:
- 4-year degree with Finance, Business Administration, or Supplier Management major
- Experience with contract management systems
- Knowledge/experience on US and UK markets etc

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
