The Role:
As an Executive Coordinator to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will support and act as a force multiplier to the CEO in managing key business priorities and achieving strategic objectives.Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and teams across the organization, you will contribute to the seamless execution of both tactical and strategic initiatives.
How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to support and deliver key objectives. Articulate deliverables and key agenda items to executive and senior
    audiences, including C-suite levels, and lead the preparation of working sessions, messaging, and presentations.
  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO and executive team with daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Provide strategic briefings and recommendations by analyzing information and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and colleagues. Effectively manage a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Organizational Mastery: Apply superior organizational skills to manage a diverse workload, ensuring both major projects and minute details are handled effectively.
  • Versatile Support: Offer comprehensive support, from high-level projects to routine administrative tasks, embodying a 'no task is too small' approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Use exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and turn obstacles into opportunities for improvement.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
