All about the role:

We are seeking a full-time Category Manager in the role of Procurement Marketing, Sales & Services to define and manage the sourcing activities of services in BA Europe. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in multiple services areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other, as to ensure best-in-class services at competitive costs.

What you’ll do:

  • Promote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup.

  • Ensure compliance by following Global Procurement Procedures.

  • Design and implement strategies for sourcing of services activities.

  • Search for alternative and innovative services solutions to improve efficiency and promote sustainable customer (internal) satisfaction.

  • Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level.

  • Plan, organize, and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders.

  • Manage KPIs and ensure compliance with contracted terms both internally & externally.

  • Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based in Italy or Poland, in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Purchaisng, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources.

Your main tasks:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics or Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Purchasing and sourcing activities of services

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent data management and analysis.

  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.
