We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Category Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering category growth by successfully deploying the global and regional category vision, customizing strategies for our cluster markets. You will lead, organize, and control category management strategies, working closely with sales to ensure alignment and execution against category and brand strategies. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing demand through effective category and portfolio strategies.
What would be your key responsibilities?Implement the regional category vision and strategy to drive brand growth through category penetration and conversion.
Link to the category and customer strategy manager in the region.
Understand market specifics to develop relevant category vision.
Collaborate with the region to share category management expertise and best practices.
Deliver insights to inform business processes and project trends.
Analyze market efficiency and recommend corrective actions.
Customize the global category vision for local markets.
Develop customer communications and maintain effective relationships with key customers.
Report category performance and monitor the effectiveness of actions taken.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree or higher studies.
Proficient English skills.
5+ years of relevant experience in demand functions.
Proven track record in developing and executing category vision.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
