Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership & Revenue Leadership
- Own end-to-end P&L for the Demand Business; drive revenue, margin and overall vertical profitability
- Build annual operating plans, monthly business reviews, and growth roadmaps
- Identify new demand pools, categories, and monetization channels; expand revenue lines 0→1 and then scale them 1→10
- Demand Generation & Growth Strategy
- Architect and execute growth strategies across acquisition, cross-sell, repeat usage, and retention
- Drive CRM-based outreach programs, lifecycle funnels, and segmentation strategies
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and funnel optimization from leads → pipeline → revenue
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, and external vendors
- Unlock new distribution channels (offline + online) to accelerate revenue
- Collaborate with product, operations, data, and marketing to create new user journeys and offerings
- GTM Excellence & Customer Journey Optimization
- Drive product adoption by improving customer buying journeys, time-to-value, and conversion
- Shape GTM for new features, categories, and partner products
- Launch new demand-side initiatives similar to “renew in 1 minute” type rapid-flow journeys
- Leadership & Team Building
- Lead and scale high-performing business, growth, and CRM teams
- Build operational rigor, define KPIs, and create a culture of ownership and speed
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and increase efficiency across revenue engines
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of experience in high-growth environments such as marketplaces, BFSI, consumer internet, SaaS, or fast-scaling startups
- Proven track record in P&L management, scaling business units, and delivering YoY revenue growth
- Strong hands-on expertise in growth strategy, CRM-driven scale, funnel management, and demand generation
- Excellence in stakeholder management—internal, cross-functional, and external partnerships
- Analytical, data-driven problem solving; ability to operate with speed and high ownership
- MBA from ISB / IIMs / Tier-1 institutes
