  • Experience working with different user personas and customer profiles to support tailored commercial initiatives and category development actions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in sales, marketing, product, finance, and business intelligence environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support execution in a multi-market environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a practical growth mindset.

  • Analyze buyer behavior, traffic patterns, search trends, purchasing journeys, and user profiles across B2C and C2C transactions to identify category opportunities and recommend growth actions.
  • Evaluate category structure, assortment gaps, brand and model matrices, seller profiles, and seller pipeline opportunities to improve supply quality, assortment relevance, and marketplace performance.
  • Contribute to pricing, tariff, and monetization initiatives by preparing analyses, supporting business cases, and helping coordinate implementation and performance follow-up.
  • Contribute to market opportunity assessment, user segmentation, and category planning through market sizing, trend analysis, persona-based evaluation, and commercial performance review.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of category-specific go-to-market initiatives, including pricing updates, taxonomy changes, and promotional activities, in collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and business intelligence teams.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking activities by preparing reports, monitoring category metrics, and contributing insights related to activation, onboarding, retention, cross-sell, up-sell, and churn reduction.
