Role Purpose: Drive the in-store impulse strategy, focusing on Front of Store (FOS) execution, Gum and Mints (G&M) visibility and physical availability to convert passive shoppers into buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of Store (FOS) Ownership:
- Maintain and update the FOS Induction Base Deck
- Lead the FOS Fly-Through
- Update FOS training modules
- G&M Theatre & Innovation: Design the G&M "Theatre & Dress-Up" store fly-throughs.
- Joint Ownership (Shared with Sharing Lead):
- Define and communicate the generic role of innovation in driving category growth
- Develop and execute Physical Availability activation plans.
- Manage annual Incrementality studies and maintain the Test & Learn (T&L) customer summary.
- Translate brand growth plans into retailer-facing Driver Platforms.
- Build, review, and re-do the Tess Space/Store Base Decks (including Convenience channels). Identify any gaps to build on.
- Track and project Category Market Share, Year-End Estimates (YEE), and Growth Projections.
- Influence shopper insight projects to update location of sales & packaging effectiveness
