The Role
Under the new marketing & category set-up in DIAGEO, the SEA Category & Brand Director will have a mission to transform the Southeast Asia/SEA market by unleashing its potential and putting it on track for sustainable double digit growth. Define and develop enduring and effective end to end growth drivers across the categories. Total enterprise leadership to create a consumer first business, which is consistently beating the competition and delivering high total shareholder return.

You will be responsible for
- Deliver the vol, NSV and profit plan and grow market share across the brands for the SEA markets.
- Drive ROI - lead the marketing team to deliver the end-to-end growth drivers - taking what has been developed globally and executing with local flair. Ensure Marketing, Sales and Customer Marketing operate as an integrated growth system, delivering superior consumer, customer and channel outcomes.
- Shape the business strategy, enterprise priorities and long-term growth decisions for the market as part of the market exec team and partner closely with the Regional Brand & Category Director
- Working with the Regional Media Hub, drive portfolio choices, investment effectiveness and resource allocation across the portfolio.
- Build world-class marketing capability, develop future leaders and create a high-performance organisation that serves as a benchmark. Lead & develop the team’s competencies and performance outcomes
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
- 15+ years of marketing, category, or commercial leadership experience
- Significant experience leading large-scale marketing organisations and complex portfolios
- Demonstrated success driving sustained growth, profitability and market leadership
- Strong track record of developing talent and organisational capability
- Experience influencing senior executive stakeholders at market, regional and global levels
