Catalog Operations
StubHub is seeking a Catalog Operations team member who will help publish, manage, and maintain data for our global catalog in support of our Event Data Management organization. This role will be responsible for publishing, maintaining, and managing event-level data for StubHub’s event & venue map catalogs in accordance with the sports, music, & entertainment landscape. This person will work within the North America business operations group and work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, supply, and fulfillment to drive a world-class ticketing catalog.

The Catalog Operations Agent role will be based in New York City, NY (3 days in office) and will report into our Catalog Operation leader.
Responsibilities
- Have strong organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Be a passionate fan of all things live entertainment (concerts, festivals, musicals, plays, performing arts, sports) with a strong understanding of ticketing
- Enhance StubHub’s event catalog by adding events directly into the catalog and maintaining all data associated with the catalog – enrich the catalog through research about venue and event information to make the catalog more attractive
- Perform detailed research to understand how events are set up including date, time, venues, ticket types, who is performing, venue map layouts, and other pertinent information
- Handle requests for site changes in addition to updating the catalog data when necessary – fix and troubleshoot issues that arise
- Manage a queue of work by responding quickly to all inquiries, reports, and requests being made by top customers
- Build and maintain data associated with events and each event map
- Work in partnership with Supply and product teams to meet service levels, enhance tools, and increase speed and efficiency
- Look for opportunities to improve internal processes that support both buyers and sellers
- Support other functions where necessary to deliver a great ticket buying and selling experience
Required Skills and Experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent - 0 to 2 years related professional experience
- Ticketing or entertainment experience a plus
- Self-starter and ability to execute on multiple projects and tasks
- Strong ability to comprehend and understand processes
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive targets and deadlines
- Flexibility, especially in a fast-changing environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player who is comfortable working with various departments
- Quick learner who is able to work independently
- Willing and able to work weekends
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
