We are looking for a Games Specialist to join our Casino team in Dublin.

We are looking for a Games Specialist to join our Casino team in Dublin.
You will have a passion for all things Casino and will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver a best-in-class product portfolio to our players across our key markets. Your job will be to ‘own games’ for PokerStars Casino, ensuring we have the best portfolio of leading casino game content.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our recently renovated Dublin office is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It hosts 2 cafes, a games room, gym and an abundance of meeting rooms catered for groups of all sizes. We also run regular social and well-being initiatives, from annual sports days to weekly nail technicians on-site.
What you’ll do:
This is an exciting role within the PokerStars Casino team, supporting one of the largest online casinos in the industry. Our main goal is to be the best Casino in the industry, and we are looking for you to share this journey with us! Reporting to the Casino Games Manager, you will be responsible for executing our ambitious games & integrations roadmap and acting as a subject matter expert in your market.

Leading the management of game launches, roadmap management, and delivery to our sites.

Lead a dynamic team, taking responsibility for all aspects of team performance, from planning and execution to review and continuous improvement.

Overseeing the on-site positioning and merchandising across our markets.

Managing new integrations from kick-off to delivery from the business side.

Contributing to future roadmap planning and competitor benchmarking.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure PokerStars is treated as every supplier’s most important customer.

Conducting competitor research, analysis, and market insights to inform content strategy.

Managing the games compliance pipeline for all markets we operate in.

Delivering projects that impact regulatory and compliance aspects of Casino Games.

Keeping abreast of our competitors in the industry and their delivery and strategy on games content.

Developing and sharing expertise in the casino market as a subject matter expert.
