Summary
Working alongside relationship managers, you will be essential in providing a seamless customer experience, which involves corporate account onboarding and account structuring, with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
General Duties:
Reviewing and circulating daily reports as well as monthly, semi-annual and annual report circulation.
Managing account opening, closing, and modifications.
Customer account configurations such as setting up cash concentration sweep, overdraft limits and turning on bank report services.
ACH Positive Pay registrations.
Handling a high volume of documents, including reviewing, setting up, and storing them digitally.
Effectively communicating with the front office to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any issues.
Approving and verifying the work of inputters.
Ability to input as backup.
Extraordinary Duties:
Assist VPs and Section Head in investigations and other tasks.
Support and assist with Front Office inquiries.
Assist in workflow procedures.
Participate in UAT.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business.
Prior banking experience.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Good grasp of basic concepts and ability to take on challenges.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter who can work independently.
Knowledge of back-office payment operations.
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in handling and processing payments in a back-office environment.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Must be time flexible and able to work long hours when needed.
Effective written and communication skills.
Comply with the Bank’s “Code of Conduct” and Compliance guidelines.
The expected base salary ranges from $50,000 - $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
