Manage end-to-end client onboarding for funds, SPVs, and investment-manager entities. Provide legal coverage for structured equity finance products including margin lending, equity repo, securities lending and delta-one swaps. Draft and negotiate financing and securities documentation, ensure regulatory compliance (FINRA, Reg T/U, Dodd-Frank, SBS rules), and partner with Credit, Risk, Operations and front-office on legal, operational and risk matters.

Lead and manage large cross-functional banking programs per TDO guidelines from strategic planning through delivery. Translate business needs into technology requirements, manage governance, UAT and defect tracking in JIRA, oversee resources and third-party vendors, run status/RAID reporting, and develop team members while communicating with senior stakeholders.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, reporting, employment verification). Coordinate first-day logistics, badge/access, Workday pay group assignments, I-9 completion, welcome communications, orientation presentation, and employment verifications while maintaining accurate employee data and a positive employee experience.

Perform credit analysis and monitoring for real estate clients (REITs, homebuilders, non-recourse finance). Build cash flow and valuation models, assess creditworthiness, prepare written credit opinions and risk ratings, conduct periodic reviews, and engage with banks, rating agencies, and legal parties. Ensure compliance with credit policies and advise branches/agencies on credit structure and remediation.

Manage daily Hong Kong office operations for Mizuho Greenhill Private Capital Advisory: budget and vendor management, facilities and space planning, travel and event logistics, HR onboarding and records support, compliance with health and safety, and coordination with regional corporate teams to ensure efficient, secure workplace operations.

Lead credit analysis and monitoring for real estate clients (REITs, homebuilders, non-recourse lending). Build cash flow and valuation models, prepare credit opinions and ratings, engage with banks, rating agencies and clients, and ensure compliance with credit policies while mentoring junior officers.
