The Opportunity
At QBE, we step up when our customers need us most. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service professionals to join our Workers Compensation team as a Case Manager, to support with a 6-month project where your skills and enthusiasm will truly shine!

Your New Role

• Build strong, reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving.

• Responding to inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, all while adhering to privacy guidelines.

• Ensure adherence to timeframes and compliance with legislation and company policy.

• Apply sound decision-making principles and document them effectively.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.

About You

• You’re someone who genuinely cares about the work you do and delivers a customer-focused service with strength, resolve and a solution-oriented approach.

• manage multiple stakeholders' relationships 

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of claims.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Driven individual with team focused approach to your work
